One word: BRUTAL! This album is unrelenting death metal. I'm not sure what I like more 'Whisper Supremacy' or this one. It's a close call really. I think that both are pretty solid, if not substantial! The music is just all out fast and furious. The album could've been a bit longer but oh well. Lord Worm's vocals are wholly guttural. It makes the album sound heavier than it already is! The music on here is pretty up-tempo the whole way through. And the lead guitar work is solid. I think the rhythms are anything but catastrophic. They just know how to make effective death metal. And technical at that.

I've found this album to be easy to like because the riffs were well thought out and technical. This band paved the way to modern technical acts like Archspire, et al. The leads definitely are spellbinding and the rhythms are ferociously fast! The whole album is pretty much like this! There isn't much let-up though tempos DO CHANGE. It's a mixture of riffs a lot of speed and some down-picking. But all-in-all it's well rounded in its entirety. I'd have to say this is one of my favorite albums of all time! Cryptopsy just knows how to come up with music that's amazingly original and expansive.

Lord Worm fluctuates on here with low-growls and contrast that to other higher pitched screaming. Everything about this release I like. The only thing that I don't is the longevity of it. 32 minutes is too short, but when you have a jacked up guitar player on here dishing out technical riffs it's hard to pan out a long album unless there were more tracks. But suffice to say here that this album deserves an "80" ABSOLUTELY! There are no real flaws to it and everything came together on this. The music, drums, vocals and production quality were all extravagant. Keep playing this one you cannot go wrong!

You might be able to find out about this on YouTube or other streaming sites like Spotify. I went ahead and bought the CD. It is WORTH IT! Uncompromising and unrelenting! An album that just packs a huge punch to your eardrums! Definitely check this out, it's an older release but worth finding out more about it. The production gave it justice and the listener has no real caveats except to get ready to hear spellbinding death metal galore. These guys tear it up, entirely. And their follow-up 'Whisper Supremecy' is almost equally as good, if not even better. But Lord Worm isn't on that one. Check this out! (Death8699)

Opera IX - Symphoniae Mysteriorum inn Laudem Tenebrarum

Registrato agli Underground Studios in Svezia, questo terzo full-length degli italiani Opera IX finalmente potè avvalersi di una buona registrazione, di una buona distribuzione, che purtroppo in passato era mancata. Ora il tutto viene valorizzato ulteriormente. Questo è un concept riguardante il mondo della magia ritualistica e dei segreti dell'occulto. Musicalmente si passa da sfuriate black a passaggi più atmosferici ma sempre con un forte senso di estremismo sonoro, fatto di quella cupa desolazione che li ha sempre contraddistinti negli anni e li ha elevati a uno dei gruppi di punta della scena italiana. Come al solito, grande prova di Cadaveria che riesce qui ad interpretare magistralmente i pezzi proposti con una voce sofferta e straziante oppure più cristallina e suadente. Da notare infine la cover dei Bauhaus "Bela Lugosi's Dead" che viene eseguita in una versione in linea con la musica proposta dagli Opera IX.

Himinbjorg - In The Raven’s Shadow

#PER CHI AMA: Atmospheric Black

Black epico sognante e misterioso per questo secondo lavoro della band francese che a parer mio sono immeritatamente stati snobbati nel corso della loro lunga carriera. Gli Himinbjorg usano un suono di chitarra ritmica molto grezzo abbinandolo a dei suoni di chitarra acustica per dare maggior enfasi ai pezzi, mentre la voce passa da tonalità tipicamente black a un cantato pulito e melanconico. Le tastiere non hanno mai una parte predominante nei pezzi ma vengono usate più come sottofondo. Le canzoni hanno una durata media abbastanza elevata circa 6-7 minuti ma non vi sono cali di intensità. Forse il sound qui è ancora primordiale, ma già si intravedono le grosse potenzialità che poi la band ha espresso nel corso della loro militanza nell'underground metallico.

Huginn - The Millennium End

Lo splendido demo dei Huginn trascina l'ascoltatore, sin dalle prime note, in un clima altamente suggestivo, merito anche della buona qualità della registrazione. Il genere praticato dal polistrumentista piemontese è un black metal di stampo epico-battagliero, un incrocio fra Bathory, Falkenbach, Graveland, dove l'impasto sonoro non è mai caotico. Le canzoni (quattro in tutto) sono varie e ben strutturate. Alla one-man-band italica non interessa, per fortuna, scaraventare addosso all'ascoltatore una cacofonia inintellegibile. L'unico appunto che mi sento di muovere all'autore riguarda le vocals: se maggiormente diversificate, avrebbero accresciuto la già elevata qualità dell'opera. Sarebbe stato bello che a questo musicista fosse stata una proposta da parte di un'etichetta seria e affidabile. Se lo meritavano davvero, ma le cose sono andate diversamente con lo scioglimento della band e la successiva nascita degli Skoll. Intanto, accostatevi 'The Millennium End' senza timore: non ne rimarrete delusi.

This release is really awesome! It’s actually the first one I’ve heard from them. It was recommended from a friend and it might be one of their best releases to date. It’s like black/thrash which are two different genres meshed into one. The vocals are really good and they play the music really well. I really enjoyed the guitar riffs. In the production was top-notch. I like the chorus “kill kill kill...kill for the metal.” That’s a classic. These guys put out some pretty cool black/thrash metal. Some fast and slow tempos. But overall pretty original riffs. These guys are Chicago based. They haven’t put out material in a while but at least they’re still together. Some of the members are in a band called Bones. They’re rather different. But still good. They put on a good live show.

This is a catchy album. The riffs are pretty different, but still good. The whole way through it’s good. The yelling and rhythms take their form. I like the actual groove to the songs. Not really familiar with the genres put together. So in that respect, I suppose you can say it’s pretty unique. I wish I would’ve known about this band a long time ago. I like the production quality I believe it’s top-notch as well as I say. Just a lot of songs on here that an are really noteworthy.

All in all definitely well thought out release for a metal band from Chicago. I’m looking forward to hearing more of their music. For now., I’ll keep it at this one. Hopefully they’ll come out with some more new music but I’m sure it’s going to be a probably a different lineup. That’s all right though. They seem to be a growing band.

Glad I got to this CD but not how much it cost! I encourage you to check out this album either on Spotify or YouTube. You might decide on making a purchase for it. Everything about this album rules! The music, the sound, and the overall effort. Don’t wait up on this. Check it out soon if not now! (Death8699)

Steel Cage - Visions of Dark Millenium

Ci troviamo di fronte a un gruppo italiano che propone un vecchio thrash in puro stile Whiplash. I tempi delle canzoni sono quasi tutti tirati e infarciti con cambi di tonalità da parte del cantante, che non sempre si dimostra all’altezza nelle clean vocals. Nel thrash proposto in 'Visions of Dark Millenium' c’è posto addirittura per una voce femminile e per le tastiere, che rimangono tuttavia solo un esperimento mal riuscito, perché non si sposano adeguatamente nel contesto musicale degli Steel Cage. La musica del gruppo campano si lascia ben ascoltare e l’unica cosa che i nostri dovevano tener presente all'epoca (era il 1999) era l’essere un po’ più personali, chiarendosi maggiormente le idee su quale proposta musicale mettere in atto (oggi la band propone un death melodico/ndr).

Mysticum - In the Streams of Inferno

I Mysticum sono un gruppo norvegese di black-industriale molto particolare, con atmosfere glaciali ed inquietanti (ma auspico che la maggior parte di voi già lo sappia/ndr). La drum-machine in questo 'In the Strems of Inferno' è simile ad un martello pneumatico volutamente ripetitiva e prorompente. La voce black è malvagia però, quasi in sottofondo rispetto alla musica. Nei Mysticum l’uso dei synth e di campionatori è d’importanza rilevante perché è proprio in queste parti dove viene concentrato il suono freddo e industriale. Le otto tracce qui presenti sono un inno al male, ed è inutile addentrarsi nella spiegazione di ogni singola canzone visto che il lavoro è oscuro in ogni suo elemento e privo di cali di tensione. Ascoltatelo quindi in completo silenzio, fatevi rapire dalla follia compositiva. Imperdibile.

Brutal death dalla Colombia. E si sa che i colombiani non scherzano... Fra chitarre dissonanti, a tratti piuttosto fastidiose, ruggiti e grida isteriche (il binomio growls-scremings è diventato ormai un luogo comune), in questo album si sfiora la follia vera e propria: ascoltare per credere la traccia numero sei, "Interlutium". La registrazione è dignitosa ma non eccelsa; siamo di fronte a un prodotto per certi aspetti simile a quello dei Purgatory, rozzo e feroce. Con il titolo che si ritrova, è logico che il cd verta sulle tematiche autoptiche rese "popolari" dai primi Carcass. Non mancano ovviamente - e come potrebbero? - escursioni nei territori della necrofilia ("Sublimacion Necrofilica") e del cannibalismo ("Fervor Antropofago"). Mirabile il titolo, ma solo il titolo, dell'ultima canzone: "Carne Inerte Nauseabunda". Signori, il pranzo è servito.

La balattonza-da-cucchiaino-in-mano "Solitude" in apertura (ma anche la riverbero-crepuscolare "Strangers in My Head" più avanti), senz'altro reminescente di certi intimismi psicotropi collocabili dalle parti dello Staley (stra)rarefatto dei Mad Season (ma là c'era Micino McCready au lieu di GeiGei Ament) prelude a una divagante e jammosa session di grunge funky (il cosiddetto grunk) composta da ben diciotto fottutissime canzoni (più o meno) agilmente reinterpretanti certi stilemi consolidati, perlomeno in quegli anni, perlomeno da quelle parti. Efficaci "vedderate" ("Laced" o la into-the-riverberante "Zagreb"), efferati muretti garden-sonori ("All Messed Up" e "Silence at the Bottom"), qualche strappetto fuzzy-indie d'ordinanza ("Song for a Dead Girl", la dainosour-grattugiosa "Secret Place") sono numerosi esempi di quel suono tanto ampio quanto inquieto che individuate a badilate nel coevo 'No Code' ("Here in the Darkness" o "Build"). Se potete sopportare la fesseria sufi dei tre pesci, orgogliosamente recitata da GeiGei in tre, dico tre, distinti momenti, il (ri)ascolto dell'album a quasi trent'anni dalla sua pubblicazione, vi risulterà strusciante e confortevole più o meno quanto un paio di mutande di flanella. This album is totally brutal. The vocals especially! The guitar riffs shred too. Really technical playing and unique. The whole album is remarkable. It’s my first introduction to Sinister I bought the album after hearing it. Totally blown away upon first listen to. These guys have quite a discography. And most of their press is positive. Not everything, just the bulk of it. This one is totally mind-blowing. And it’s hard to keep up with the technical riffs. The vocals slay and go along well with the music.

I think it’s safe to say that I enjoyed the music over the vocals, but overall, it’s a phenomenal album. The amount of effort they have with the guitars/riffs. Really fast tempos. And the vocals are just vintage Sinister. I’m curious as to what their other albums are like. I’m willing to check out more releases. Once I get my new boombox I’m going to blare this. I already bought the CD. What a gem of a release. These guys define what good death metal should sound like!

In some portions, the vocals are redefining what brutal is what’s it should sound like! The songs are on average of five minutes approximately. The riffs vary a lot of fast guitars but some laid back though not that many. A lot of tremolo picking and some songs it just doesn’t let up! Good sound quality too in the production and overall sound. They’ve tackled this one immensely. If you buy the CD, it’s doing the band justice. Even though this is a 2006 release (but reissued in a super jewel box edition in 2022), it’s still filled with vigor.

There aren’t a lot of lead guitar work though which I don’t mind because if the solos are sub-par, it ruins the rhythms. So I’m glad that they took this route and performed mostly rhythm guitar. Their leads were just a few. So the rating scale is up there due to this and they deserved what they put out here with the music and vocals. I’m glad that the sound quality was top notch. And the mixing went well entirely. These guys kick some serious butt! (Death8699)

Endless Pain - The Cruel Way of War

Un notevole thrash old-style caratterizza il primo demo degli Endless Pain (che evoca volutamente il titolo del debut album dei Kreator/ndr). 'The Cruel Way of War' è infatti un album intenso e pregevole dove una buona velocità si coniuga con trame di chitarre ben costruite ed una voce urlata che trovo originale in questo genere. Buone tutte le cinque tracce, anche se trovo un po’ noiosa la quarta, "Bloody War", per i suoi cambi di tempo per me anomali. La produzione è per cosi dire "artigianale”, ma questo lo posso capire essendo stato il primo lavoro del gruppo bresciano. Comunque la musica c’è e si sente la sua qualità, soprattutto dal vivo dove la batteria sembra un po’ meno semplicistica, pur essendo ben sostenuta in fatto di velocità. Sicuramente si meritano una qualità migliore in fatto di suono, ma per il momento può bastare (per gli altri quattro full length potete consultare il web/ndr). Di sicuro interesse per tutti i thrashers di vecchia data.

Katafalk - Storm Of The Horde

Certo che il nome Katafalk in italiano non suona un granchè bene e neanche un titolo come 'Storm of the Horde' non è da meno. Sono sincero: mi sono avvicinato a questa release con timore, ma allo stesso tempo con curiosità, conoscendo appieno l’assoluta qualità delle releases della Cold Blood Industries, label di assoluto valore e di innegabile gusto in ambito Brutal-Death-Metal. La biografia parlava di una band brutal con influenze thrash e black metal, e l’astio continuava a crescere. Inserisco il CD nello stereo, premo il tasto play e quello che ne viene fuori è un olocausto brutal-death senza compromessi! AAARRRGGGHHH!!!!! Ma da dove cazzo vengono sti Katafalk? Da Marte??? Mai sentita una band con solo un promo alle spalle, debuttare (e da li sciogliersi in tre anni dopo un altro EP/ndr) con album di tale spessore di violenza, potenza e feeling! Da sempre l’Olanda partorisce bestie disumane in ambito brutal-death, oltre ai grandi Sinister e Howitser, chi non potrebbe ricordarsi di God Dethroned, Centurian o dei Severe Torture? Bene gente, inserite anche i Katafalk nella vostra lista perché se lo meritano davvero! I nostri cinque fringuelli olandesi sono capaci di fondere molto bene (in questo li associo ai grandiosi danesi Iniquity!) linee melodiche europee con il classico stile muro di suono brutal americano, ascoltate ad esempio la parte iniziale di “Empty Life” o della title track “Storm Of The Horde”, cazzo, non è facile fondere le parti in quel modo! Tecnicamente i nostri sono messi benissimo. I due chitarristi sono davvero bravi, ma una lode va in assoluto al batterista, una delle migliori macchine da guerra mai sentite in circolazione, capace di confrontarsi sicuramente con i colossi di oltreoceano, una furia credetemi!

In Flames - The Jester Race

Vintage In Flames before the fall of them. I’d say that every one of theirs all up until Jesper left and 'Clayman' was the last good IF album in existence. I get that he struggled with Alcoholism and later participated on The Halo Effect with other great musicians on that album. 'The Jester Race' is probably the most profound IF album in existence. I’d say this one, 'Whoracle', 'Colony', and 'Clayman' were their strongest releases. But 'The Jester Race' is the most melodic and original release by the band that took precedence over all their albums.

The guitars took over here and flourished throughout the album. The production wasn’t the best but the release is from 1996. So that’s the reason it’s not 100%. But the music is. All of the songs on here are epic and defined melodic death metal possibly the best sounding melodic release of that era. The vocals are good as well. It’s totally different now that Jesper is out of the band and they changed their genre of music. That’s why long-time followers stopped liking them including me. It just is bland.

All of these songs have guitars at their best. If you try to disprove of them you’ll come up short. The melodies and vocals annihilate. It’s not a hardcore release, it’s mainly just a melodic release that’s dominated the metal community and will forever make history with this one. The rhythms and the leads lead the way to perfection. If you can’t hear that in the music, then you’ve got to be tone deaf. These songs paved the wave towards effective melodic death metal.

Every band has good and bad releases. But this band gave up when 'Siren Charms' was released. Their melodic/groove metal is pathetic. Jesper I think saw the direction the band was going and just opted out of the band. Why else why else would he leave? I don’t see him quitting metal especially playing with other melodic death musicians in The Halo Effect. He’ll always be remembered as a phenomenal musician in IF now transferred to The Halo Effect. But check this one because it’s epic! (Death8699)

Putrid Flesh - Intox By Human

Death metal, questo sarebbero i Putrid Flesh. Nulla di più, se non fosse per un background musicale che pesca a piene mani da altri svariati filoni della musica estrema. Incursioni nel black e in strani territori dalle sonorità insane. Ascoltando questo demo del 1999 ho più volte avuto un' impressione di "indefinito", non so spiegare cosa ho provato esattamente, ma credo sia qualcosa di simile alla paura. Paura di quello che questo demo riserva con lo scorrere inesorabile del nastro sulla testina del mio stereo. La qualità delle registrazioni sembra buona, ma il nastro in mio possesso sembra essere danneggiato (il volume sale e scende), quindi non posso giurarci. Molto hanno sperimentato in questo demo, riuscendo a creare qualcosa di veramente nuovo. Se vi piace il suono della "Carne putrida" vi consiglio di ascoltarli. Io continuo a farlo, ma non riesco a trovare la soluzione per capire, e la paura aumenta.

Immorior - Traitor of the Light

Bisogna sormontare ogni confine dell'umana costruzione, bisogna lasciar vagare i propri pensieri, schiudere l'anima, divincolare il proprio animo per poter ascoltare gli Immorior (da non confondere con gli omologhi tedeschi/ndr), che ci propongono delle atmosfere spettrali e spirituali allo stesso tempo. Sia ben chiaro, la spiritualità che aleggia nell'opera della band nostrana originaria di Modena, non è quella della ricerca cosmica del Karma, ma è una spiritualità soffocante e oscura, liberatoria solo per chi sente realmente il proprio spirito dannatamente oscuro. Nell'opera si alternano pianoforti sofferenti a chitarre classicheggianti, per dar vita ad un'opera black metal davvero unica nel suo genere (peccato solo che la storia dei nostri si sia chiusa qui/ndr).

Mahira - Under Cover Of Darkness

Questo demo non è male però non mi convince del tutto. Diciamo che si tratta di una sorta di black melodico (però non alla svedese) che a tratti sfocia in un black doom, volendo anche suggestivo. Sono perplesso perché a soluzioni interessanti ed a riffs efficaci, si accostano momenti banalotti e poco convincenti. Un buon pezzo è il quarto “Marte War’s King”, ed anche la successiva ed ultima title-track presenta giri validi e bastardi, nonché velocità più sostenute. Lasciamo, quindi, a questo punto il quartetto siculo che in futuro potrebbe sfoderare del materiale interessante e che parte comunque dal punto a favore meritato per aver evitato di scopiazzare idee altrui.

Drastisch - Thieves Of Kisses

Questo è stato l’esordio discografico della one man band di Chris Buchman, in quest'occasione accompagnato alla voce da Chiara Donaggio e Alessia De Boni. Nonostante sia passato un po’ di tempo dell’uscita di questo disco, ci teniamo a riesumare questo lavoro. Chris viene sicuramente dal metal poiché la struttura compositiva alla base dei suoi pezzi è prevalentemente influenzata dal black di scuola inglese (come è facile intuire ascoltando "…By Untrodden Paths"), dal metal più classico e dal gothic. In realtà, queste influenze sono solo la base del suono dei Drastisch che, partendo appunto da tali coordinate, si muove verso figure musicali che cambiano tempo, atmosfere e anche generi musicali. I brani migliori mi sembrano quelli in cui la vena progressiva/avanguardistica viene sfruttata più di frequente e in modo più variegato: mi riferisco a brani come "Stream Of Unconsciousness" o "Unearthly", in cui compaiono anche suoni techno/elettronici. La strumentale "Idle Worlds" è un buon brano atmosferico di tastiera che ricorda la scuola tedesca di Klaus Schulz. Anche "Voyage Dans La Lune" è un buon pezzo di puro techno metal. Per quanto riguarda l’aspetto vocale, devo dire che le growls e le parti recitate di Chris non sono così particolari da dover essere esaltate, e delle due cantanti, ce n’è una che a volte è un po’ sgraziata e non è propriamente all’altezza di quello che vorrebbe fare. Non sono in possesso dei testi dei brani ma dalla bio leggo che si tratta di “un viaggio attraverso i nostri più profondi sentimenti e le emozioni più forti, volando sulle incantate ali dell’arte…”. Personalmente questo concept non mi ha colpito poi molto e, per quanto riguarda la musica, penso che per migliorare, Chris avrebbe dovuto focalizzare i propri sforzi in modo che i suoi brani fossero nettamente più progressivi o avanguardistici e non rappresentino solo alcuni buoni spunti da contorno a del metal di medio livello.

Municipal Waste - Hazardous Mutation

Probably the strongest Municipal Waste release that I've heard! It clocks in in under 30 minutes but the music/vocals captivates! I like the guitar the most and well the vocals were anything but annoying. This is a definitely good crossover/thrash band that's put together a great career! I think they did the metal community justice after all these years. Their albums may be short, but they hell of pack a punch, that's for sure. I'm not big on the lyrical concepts, I support their music only. Not what they write about. This one again the songs are short but catchy as all hell! I liked every song on here!

The riffs are way cool and the intensity is high. Definitely a band that you either love or hate though. I say that because it seems to be the case with listeners. I'm new to crossover and I'm liking it a lot! It's a change from death metal, I just need a break from that. The whole band contributed equally on here. They definitely contribute to metal's unique twist here. Everything seemed to fit into place with this release. I like a lot of their albums though. But yeah, this one hits home for sure. They just put it out there to the listener and a lot of people are saying the same thing about this one: it rocks!

The sound quality was good, maybe top notch! Everything on here is mixed really well! I'm glad they had that happen for them where everything seemed to come together on here. I hope that they were definitely proud of this release. They sure as hell amped the intensity! It's a half an hour of ear grueling noise-core! The vocals compliment the music well. I'd say this was likeable the first time around! Really good job on here, the music is the most convincing. And the vocals seemed to keep up that pace here, ABSOLUTELY. They did this band justice with making an everlasting effort to their genres.

I ordered the CD to this album. It was released in 2005 but hey I'm still old school when it comes to LP's. I like to have the physical copy of the album. I'm downsizing my collection, but the classics like this one will stay! If you're streaming, this one is available. Actually, quite a few of theirs is online. I checked out some before I ran into this one. I'm looking at the review scores and have to agree that this one deserves a perfect score wholeheartedly. They put together some great songs. I just wish that the album lasted longer. Oh well, I value the whole 30 minutes of this one! Check it! (Death8699)

Andark - Regnant Aura

Questa giovane band italiana proponeva, a loro detta, un extreme symphonic metal nella stessa vena di Hecate Enthroned e compagnia. Dopo una classica intro strumentale affidata a pianoforte e violini, opera della brava pianista Pandora, si possono trovare le altre due tracks, di discreta durata, che mostrano una buona affinità nell'intrecciare parti di piano e chitarra pulita a parti più veloci, anche se non estreme, dove domina una buona voce growl. Queste canzoni denotano, oltre la capacità del gruppo, la loro voglia di fare, nonostante i continui problemi di line-up del passato (che ne condizioneranno anche il futuro visto lo split successivo/ndr). Buona anche la produzione di questo 3-track Mcd autoprodotto. Le ultime righe le vorrei spendere sulla copertina: rispecchia perfettamente le trame emotive delle canzoni. Meritano qualche interesse almeno da chi segue questo filone del black metal.

Ancient Rites - Dim Carcosa

L'ingresso di un tastierista nella band non poteva restare senza conseguenze: gli Ancient Rites si sono scostati alquanto dai lidi del thrash degli esordi, lasciando spazio cospicuo alla melodia, pur senza convertirsi con ciò al power metal (la voce di Gunther Theys è troppo roca per riuscire gradita ai fans di Rhapsody e Hammerfall). Ciò non toglie che 'Dim Carcosa' sia un ottimo album di heavy metal epico, avente, quale destinazione ideale, il pubblico dei Running Wild. Musicalmente parlando, il tutto risulta un po' troppo arioso e luminoso. Con sgomento, ci pare di udire talvolta assoli di chitarra alla Malmsteen associati a languidi coretti ("North Sea"). I testi trattano, con competenza, di temi storici (le lotte tra franchi e saraceni, la scorreria vichinga sull'isola di Lindisfarne) e mitologici. Il booklet contiene, oltre ai testi delle canzoni, interessanti testi esplicativi posti a commento di ciascuna di esse. Peccato che questi testi, stampati come sono in caratteri minutissimi, e per di più sullo sfondo di illustrazioni dalle tinte scure, risultino di lettura assai disagevole. Gli orfani di Bathory (quello di 'Hammerheart', si intende!), coloro che hanno apprezzato 'Arntor' di Windir e sono stati catturati dalle atmosfere marziali di 'Creed of Iron' (Graveland), e i discepoli di Falkenbach e Thyrfing procedano ad un attento ascolto preliminare prima di risolversi all'acquisto.
